INSIDE THE PROCESS

We begin with safety, understanding, and pacing. Therapy is intentionally slow-paced, allowing space to notice what is happening rather than rushing past it. Sessions may include talk therapy, mindfulness, somatic, and experiential work.

Over time, we focus on shifting your relationship to thoughts, emotions, and body to support greater regulation, connection, and more flexible ways of responding.

We offer in-person therapy in Middletown, NY, and virtual sessions for clients across New York State. Video appointments are also available for clients in New Jersey.
